Setting health goals along with implementing a new exercise routine can be dramatic and require a great deal of planning, support, dedication, and discipline. Especially with the involvement of holiday meals, potlucks, social gatherings, and vacations throughout the year.
In 2012, I challenged myself by completing a 29-day juice fast. My desired goal weight was 165, but I got down to 153 in less than 30 days. Rebooting has changed my life. Not just with weight loss, but with more energy, clarity, and self-control.
