Alright people! Four Mondays down, forty-eight to go. This is the time when most people give up, but not you! It’s time to build some mental toughness. Stay focused. Keep pushing through. Commit this week to celebrating the small steps you’ve taken and to keep going.
Talk with your accountability partner and state what you’re going to do each day and at what time. Pick a simple and immediate reward for honoring your commitment and also set up a similar immediate punishment for when you don’t follow through.
