A goal that isn’t dated just sits out there, with no urgency to encourage you to complete it. When you attach a date to a goal you will set a firm foundation for planning, and that will increase your commitment. This week, our challenge is to invest in a 12-month calendar and start planning small steps towards achieving our goals.
Back in the day I used Franklin Covey Planners. Although many of us have switched to digital planners, iWatches and Google Calendars, I still use the old school method of planning of my days. I like to reflect and physically write out my weekly plan.
