52 Mondays w/ Sheréa VéJauan! Week #4 Creating Affirmations to Help You Reach Your Goals 2017 goals

Today is week #4 of our 52 Mondays Goals Challenge. This week is all about affirmations. Affirmations are great tools to help overcome fear, build confidence, inspire, motivate, and encourage.
The purpose of an affirmation is to support your actions, shift your thoughts and emotions, and help keep you in a positive place. Think of an affirmation as being your cheerleader, a fan, and a voice of encouragement. They will inspire, motivate, and help you remain confident when you use them. I’ve included my health affirmation below. Use this as a sample to write one affirmation for each of the categories in your 2017 Goals Journal.
Sherea’s Health & Fitness Affirmation
God gave me a healthy body and in gratitude, I take care of myself. I will live a long and healthy life. I surround myself with people who support my healthy choices. I read books and materials about health. I encourage my friends and family to choose healthier lives. I exercise daily. I eat foods that give me life and energy. My body is toned and strong. I keep healthy snacks in my purse, my car, and in my office. I get regular physical exams. I take my daily vitamins, eat plenty of vegetables, drink plenty of water, and get proper rest. I have a strong and healthy heart. I am Sherea. I am healthy and fit. I am a Goal Setter.

- Do: Each week we read a chapter and do the exercise in Vic Johnson’s book. The challenge this week is to create affirmations to help you reach your 2017 goals.
- Plan: We plan our week using the 52 Mondays weekly goal sheet located in the back of your Journal or in your 52 Monday’s download.
- Journal: Each month we focus in on a particular goal category in our journals –This month we are working on our Physical Health & Fitness Goals.
- Read: Read Chapter #4 of “52 Mondays: The One-Year Path to Outrageous Success & Life Long Happiness” by Vic Johnson.
