Sunday Goal Routines to Consider

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” -Aristotle

If you want to change your life, you must change your habits. With your already hectic schedule, accomplishing your future goals can be challenging. I believe that goals should be broken down into small routines that are achievable—one step at a time, one day at a time, by adding routines to your daily schedule. Think about the goals you want to achieve for the year, and then get creative and start incorporating them into your daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly routine. Here are some Sunday goal routines to consider.

Celebration Sunday!  It’s been a long week. You’ve worked hard. Sunday is a great day to review & reflect this past week and celebrate your accomplishments. Rest, relax, and be prepared to attack Monday with a vengeance.

Sunday is a great day to prep your meals for the upcoming week. I personally don’t like to pre-cook/make food, because I don’t like the taste of leftovers, However, it’s something I am reconsidering since my schedule is getting a lot busier. I do, however, pre-make my #detox water and pre-cut my fruits and veggies on Sunday evenings. If you have Kindle Unlimited,  I found this great book on Amazon. Right now it’s free.

#routines #self-talk Sunday Yep, tomorrow is Monday. Look yourself in the mirror and stay focused. You got this.

#routines #Sunday Each Sunday, my family and I bend all the rules for healthy eating. We make some of our favorite southern-style dishes, as we rest in our past-week accomplishments. Check out my @pinteretst page for meal ideas at

On Sunday evenings,  I try to do at least 2-3 things that bring me joy.  Happy Sunday!

See it Sunday! Go and SEE your dream. Touch it. Feel it. Drive through your future neighborhood. Test drive your dream car. Look through magazines. Review your vision board. You can’t do, what you can’t see!  #touchit #feelit #seeit
