Today is Monday, February 10th, and this is week #6 of 52 Mondays w/ Sherea VeJauan. Our goal is to break this year down – one Monday at a time. Today, I want to encourage you to set a goal to read.

I believe that one new friend and one new book could take your life to the next level. Take a trip to the bookstore or go through your personal library to choose a book on self-development, read a trade magazine on your specific field of expertise, or read the biography of someone you admire.
Spend at least 15 minutes each morning and 15 minutes each night before bed reading the material you chose. Then, take notes of thoughts and ideas that inspire you, and take action.

Here’s our 52-week Monday Plan: Do, Plan, Journal, and Read
- Do: Take a trip to the bookstore or go through your personal library to choose a book on self-development.
- Plan: Using your 52 Mondays Weekly Goal Focus Worksheet, write out your goals for this week.
- Journal: Using your 2020 Goals Journal, continue to work on your relationship goals
- Read: Spend at least 30 minutes reading the recommended book of the month.
