“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” -Aristotle
If you want to change your life, you must change your habits. With your already hectic schedule, accomplishing your future goals can be challenging. I believe that goals should be broken down into small routines that are achievable—one step at a time, one day at a time, by adding routines to your daily schedule. Think about the goals you want to achieve for the year, and then get creative and start incorporating them into your daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly routine. Here are some Saturday goal routines to consider.
Saturday is a great day to work on your strategic plan for next week. Write your goals, review your budget, plan your meals for next week, open the mail, work on your taxes and review your vision board for inspiration. https://shereavejauan.com/
See it Saturday! Go and SEE your dream. Touch it. Feel it. Drive through your future neighborhood. Test drive your dream car. Look through magazines. Review your vision board. You can’t do, what you can’t see! #touchit #feelit #seeit https://shereavejauan.com/
Saturday is the perfect day to make a big delicious salad for lunch or dinner. Work on your health goals by incorporating healthy greens into your weekly diet. Check out my @#pinterest page for ideas http://pinterest.com/vejauan/salad-saturday/
Self-care Saturday! It’s been a long week. You’ve worked hard. You deserve a little self-care! Use Saturdays as your day to celebrate last week’s accomplishments, and be revived and energized to move forward into a new week of abundance.
