Our main goal for this challenge is to give our body a break from fried foods, dairy, white sugar, sweets, sodas, bread and processed foods.
Each day, for the next five days, we’re going to follow the following plan.
Breakfast: We’ll eat a meatless breakfast with an 8-12 oz green juice or smoothie.
Lunch: We’ll eat a meatless lunch with an 8-12 oz green smoothie
Dinner: We’ll eat a small portion of baked or grilled fish, chicken or ground turkey meat, brown rice or sweet potatoes, and grilled veggies.
