The photo above is why I reboot three times a year. It’s why I ask my friends and family to join me. Rebooting has changed my life. Not just with weight loss, but with more energy, clarity, and self-control. Join me. You can do it! I’ll walk with you. I’ll share my recipes and resources.

Let me introduce myself . . .
I am the author of the 2020 Goals Journal and founder of the Goals Setter’s Club. I am very passionate about goal setting and achieving. I found a system that works for me and decided to share it with as many people as I can. I am NOT a doctor, nutritionist, or healthcare professional. I am not a pharmacist, herbalist, or health and fitness trainer. So, this guide should not be considered as professional advice. I’m simply sharing my plan with you – the one that works for me based on my own research, as well as movies and books I’ve read for myself.

Please, take responsibility for this journey. Do your own research. Talk with your doctor, herbalist, fitness trainer, and whoever else is a part of your professional healthcare team.

If you watched my intro video on YouTube about my personal journey, you may recall my initial goal, was to simply have more energy. In 2011, I remember sending a Facebook message to my pastor (Dave Gibbons). At the beginning of the week he was in another country. Then, a few days later, he was in New York. On Sunday, he was preaching in Irvine, California. I was amazed. Not only was he in all those places, he was speaking. I was like, “where are you getting that energy from?” He told me about Kimberly Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie. He said, “I drink that every day, and eat lots of fish.” He recommended I watch a few videos. I believe one was Food Inc., and the other was Forks Over Knives. Later, I stumbled upon the Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead documentary. What a game-changer!

I immediately began a 30-day juice (only) reboot plan, and I lost over 45 pounds. In addition to the weight loss, I had more energy, my thoughts were clear, my stomach was gone, my face was glowing, and I didn’t have coffee and sugar cravings. I decided to continue to reboot three times a year – in January, June and September.  Over the years I’ve modified the plan based on my needs, work schedule, and weight maintenance goals.

You don’t have to be perfect, but start somewhere. Are you guys ready?
