As we all know, the world has been placed on a social distancing time out – and there is nothing we can really do about it. Whether you work a fulltime job, own your own business, have been quarantined, or labeled as an essential worker, business as usual has definitely been re-defined. We’ve been forced into two week-long pajama parties, most of our outfits change from sweats to more sweats, we’ve been eating more junk food than we should, constantly scrolling on Instagram and Facebook, and binge watching on Netflix and Youtube.

I don’t know about you, but with all of this free time I’ve had a minute to really think about my life; I’ve been able to think about where I am and where I’m going.

Personal growth and development is something that has great reward, but could get hard to truly focus on and make time for throughout the busyness of life. This is the PERFECT time to take advantage and spend some time working on yourself and your life goals. This time could also be a time where you feel discouraged.
