“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.”
Soooooo, this has been a crazy month. I’ve left the house about 5 times in 30 days. For some of us, everything has changed, and for others, nothing has changed. Many of us have been home in our pajamas, catching up on all of the movies we missed while eating an abundance of quarantine snacks. As quarantine is starting to “not look so bad”, this week we are getting notices that the world is about to open back up and we all are feeling different ways about that.
I am a dual-preneur, meaning I have a full-time job and I run a full time business; I usually get up between 3 and 4 every morning to start my day. This week, my full-time job called and informed me that we were planning on opening up our offices soon, and the first thing I thought about was my self-care plan.
During this time, I’ve made sure to take care of myself; I've been taking detox baths, reading books, and drinking way too much coffee. In a matter of days, I’ll be back in the office running my business on my breaks and lunches and fighting heavy traffic. Before quarantine, I didn’t have much “self-care time”, so the thought of incorporating self-care routines when I go back to my busy schedule, has started to make me anxious.
Is this you? Do you feel the same way?
If so, I put together a 30-day Self-care Challenge that I think can REALLY help us all ease back into the world, while still maintaining a healthy self-care routine, and I’d like for you to join me!
Starting on May 1st, this totally FREE self-care challenge will give you every-day suggested actions to help you build a routine for a life of self-care!
I want to invite you to sign up RIGHT NOW. You won’t regret it.
