Before my mom passed away, she came up with a routine, “No Bible, No Breakfast”. She would not eat until she read her Bible for an hour. Since I’ve been locked in this house, I’ve reverted back to some unhealthy habits. On Thursday, I decided to get my life back together. I now turn my phone completely off and put it in another room. I do not turn it on until I complete the following 7 items on my list. These are essential to me having a great day and a great life. Make sure to create some healthy routines during this season.
