I wake up each morning between 3:30 am and 4 am to start my day.
I keep water on my nightstand to start the day off getting hydrated.
I keep my exercise bike in my bedroom next to the bed so I can make sure I get my daily exercise in
I Wake up and press play on my phone so I can listen to my praise music, daily affirmations, and motivational videos.
I keep my vision board in the opening where it is always visible to view each morning
